Construction Project Manager - MEP / Electrical (Mission Critical)Location: Walloon Region, Belgium (on-site)Type: Permanent or Contract (day rate)Language: English (French or Dutch a plus)This is a hands-on delivery role for a construction Project Manager who is early to mid-career and ready to step up on complex builds.You don't need to be an HV substation specialist. You do need solid on-site PM fundamentals and enough MEP and electrical understanding to co-ordinate contractors, manage interfaces, and keep programme, quality, and safety tight.What you'll be doingManage day-to-day site delivery across construction and MEP interfaces (with an electrical leaning)Co-ordinate subcontractors, sequencing, access, permits, RAMS, and short-interval planningTrack progress vs programme and drive actions through site walks, reporting, and follow-upsOwn snagging and quality checks, pushing close-out with contractors and vendorsSupport commissioning readiness and handover (documentation, testing coordination, punch lists)Manage risks, changes, and commercial basics (variations, delays, scope clarification) with support from senior leadsCommunicate clearly with stakeholders on site - no drama, just outcomesWhat we're looking for3 - 4+ years in a construction PM / Project Co-ordinator / Assistant PM type role, site-based deliveryExposure to MEP packages and strong comfort around electrical scope (LV works, containment, testing support, interface management)Practical mindset - you spot issues early and chase them downStrong organisation, reporting, and stakeholder managementSafety-first and quality-focusedData centres, energy, industrial, pharma, or other complex builds are all relevantWhy it's attractiveStep-up opportunity on mission-critical projects with experienced teams around youReal delivery exposure - not a desk-only "reporting PM" roleClear pathway into bigger packages and broader responsibility as you performInterviews are in person or virtual (video required).
