In deze rol draag je direct bij aan de veiligheid en effectiviteit van levensreddende medicijnen door ervoor te zorgen dat alle kritische processystemen voldoen aan de strengste normen. Kom jij ons team versterken in deze dynamische en hoogtechnologische omgeving?Wat ga je doen?Als Cleaning Validation Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige validatietraject van cGMP-kritische processystemen. Je combineert technische expertise met een hands-on aanpak om de gevalideerde status van de site te waarborgen.Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:Documentatie & Uitvoering: Je ontwikkelt, implementeert en voert validatiestudies uit (URS, SIA, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, RV en TM). Hierbij maak je gebruik van de digitale tool Kneat.Compliance: Je zorgt dat alle systemen constant in overeenstemming zijn met de cGMP-, cGLP-, gebruikers- en regelgevende vereisten.Advies & Expertise: Je biedt technische ondersteuning met betrekking tot de huidige FDA- en EU-validatierichtlijnen en blijft op de hoogte van opkomende regelgeving.Kwaliteitsbewaking: Je beoordeelt wijzigingen op hun impact op de gevalideerde status en adviseert over de noodzakelijke vervolgstappen.Wie zoeken wij?Je bent een nauwkeurige professional met een sterk analytisch vermogen die zich thuis voelt in een gereguleerde omgeving.Ervaring: Je hebt minimaal 2 tot 4 jaar relevante ervaring binnen de farmaceutische sector en een GMP-omgeving.Kennis: Je hebt een diepgaand begrip van cGMP-vereisten en relevante kwaliteitsrichtlijnen.Vaardigheden: Je bent in staat om complexe validatieproblemen effectief op te lossen (troubleshooting).Talen: Je beschikt over een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.Pluspunten: Heb je ervaring met de validatie van Clean Steam Generators of Parts Washers?
