Choosing WRT not only enhances career satisfaction but also ensures long-term personal and professional growth.The WRT Warehouse Coordinator manages the warehouse in a conscious precious way as if he/she is the personal owner of the warehouse. This position is key instrumental to the distribution of products and managing storage warehouse.The duties of the Warehouse Coordinator will include:Manage the "goods-in" and "goods-out" activity following correct stock policies and procedures.Manage the stock on a day-to-day basis to achieve daily performance measures and labour productivity.Manage "goods-in" and "goods-out" team to maximise manpower efficiency.Review, design and implement a strong and robust stock "goods in" and "goods-out" system.Ensure correct labelling and engraving of parts.Manage all stock for age of stock to reduce number of downgrades and write offs (FIFO method).Work in close collaboration with the Production and customer support department and with stock coordinatorProvide support to customers order preparation.Provide parts picking support for production and car assembly department.Organize logistic for parts produced internally (chassis and painted parts) or externally (engines)Write, implement, maintain and control processes.Monthly reporting.The Warehouse Coordinator should have the following desired skillset:Experience in a similar role for at least 5 years. Basic knowledges of car parts is a must.Hands on approach with a flexible "Can Do" & "Will Do" attitude.Flexible with workload and tight deadline.Ability to work during weekends for on track parts support.WMS routine handling is an advantage.Knowledge of French and English required, notions of German and Dutch considered as a bonus.Pro-active problem solver.Strong communicator.Strong organisation and planning capacities.Customer orientated.Promote are values (People, Passion, Performance) and commit to personal investment into the WRT ESG strategy.What do we offer ?a competitive salarymeal allowancehospitalisation insuranceflexible working hoursuse of the gym in our Belgium office
