Do you have the drive to continuously improve processes and elevate safety standards within a dynamic organization?We are offering a permanent position as SHE-Q Manager, where you will be the key point of contact and representative for all safety and quality matters within our organization.As SHE-Q Manager, you will be the key point of contact and representative for all safety and quality matters within our organization. You operate independently and report directly to the Managing Director. In this advisory and leadership role, you ensure that the Management System meets the highest standards. With your expertise and experience, you contribute to a safe working environment and a culture of continuous improvement.Your responsibilities:Develop, implement, and improve the SHE-Q Management System.Lead investigations into incidents, near misses, and conduct internal audits.Advise management and employees on safety, quality, and environmental matters.Train and support staff on SHE-Q topics.Maintain contact with authorities, clients, and other stakeholders regarding SHE-Q issues.Initiate and lead SHE-Q meetings and safety walks.Develop procedures, guidelines, and project-specific SHE-Q documentation.Drive continuous improvement of the organization's safety culture.You will be involved in challenging international projects within the offshore and subsea sector, including:Diving operations and subsea construction.Inspection, repair, and maintenance of offshore installations.Projects in the offshore wind and oil & gas sectors.Maritime and civil engineering works.What you bring:A completed education in safety or a related field.Additional training/certifications in safety management.At least 10 years of experience in the offshore/maritime sector, with solid SHEQ expertise.Excellent command of the English language.Strong leadership, decisiveness, and communication skills.A proactive and independent work attitude, with the ability to drive change.
