WORK REGIME :100% (FULL TIME- HYBRID) 2 TO 3 DAYS ONSITE PER A WEEK
JOB DESCRIPTION - ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- You act as a bridge between business and IT and translate operational needs into concrete, scalable and future-oriented solutions. At the same time, as a Product Owner, you monitor the product vision, priorities and roadmap, and ensure maximum value creation for end users.
- You will work closely with internal stakeholders (operational services, management, IT teams) and external partners, and play a key role in realizing innovative solutions within a complex and socially relevant context.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing and documenting business needs and translating them into functional and technical solutions
- Taking on the Product Owner role within agile processes (management of backlog, prioritization, roadmap)
- Optimizing processes and supporting digital transformation initiatives
- Facilitating workshops and stakeholder consultations
- Monitoring the quality, progress and added value of solutions
- Actively contributing to innovation within the FOCUS team
- Demonstrable experience in general business operations with application in the field of ICT.
- Demonstrable experience with development and optimization of business processes (BPM)
- Demonstrable experience with stakeholder management
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience of the various Project Management facets (costs, timing, coordination, planning, estimates)
Skills
- Demonstrable experience as a business analyst.
- Demonstrable experience in general business operations with application in the field of ICT.
- Proven experience with business process development and optimization (BPM)
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience with agile and scrum methodologies.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience with reporting (e.g. KPIs, dashboards)
- Demonstrable experience with stakeholder management
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience with change management and adoption processes
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience with integration issues and API architecture
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience with UX/UI principles and user research
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience of the various Project Management facets (costs, timing, coordination, planning, estimates)
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience with security and privacy (GDPR) within ICT environments
