Where no two days are the same.Your roleWe are seeking an experienced Automation Project Manager to lead a critical project for a major pharmaceutical client, creating an isolated domain to maintain and migrate obsolete IT & OT systems with a strong focus on automation. In this role you will play a key role in:Leading the implementation of an isolated infrastructure environment with integrated automation capabilities, ensuring all technical requirements are met while adhering to pharmaceutical industry standards and regulations.Acting as the primary interface between technical teams and stakeholders, effectively translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans for both infrastructure and automation components, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.Challenging technical approaches and automation solutions proposed by team members to optimize performance, security, and efficiency of the isolated domain.Collaborating with application and automation experts to ensure seamless integration of systems within the new infrastructure environment.Monitoring project progress across IT and OT integration points, managing scope changes, and reporting status to key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Your profileMaster's degree and minimum 3 years of experience in automation project management, specifically with expertise in building isolated infrastructures and automation environments.Demonstrated ability to challenge technical teams and act as an effective interface between technical and business stakeholders.Strong technical understanding of IT and OT systems, with knowledge of automation platforms such as OSEASOFT, Archestra, and Octoplan.Excellent communication skills with fluency in both French and English.Experience working in regulated environments, with knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector being a distinct advantage.Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure and automation projects on time and within budget.What you'll love about working hereHybrid working: We encourage flexibility when it comes to when and where works gets done.
