Voor een internationaal topbedrijf in Beerse zoeken wij een Batch Record Reviewer die verantwoordelijk is voor de foutloze documentatie van klinische studiemedicatie.Over het ProjectJe gaat aan de slag op de site van onze klant in Beerse, een wereldspeler in de farmaceutische sector. Je maakt deel uit van de Clinical Supply Chain (P&T), waar gewerkt wordt aan de medicijnen van de toekomst. Jouw rol is cruciaal: zonder een correct nagekeken batch document kan medicatie de patiënt niet bereiken.Het betreft een project met start ASAP tot eind 2026 (met een sterke kans op verlenging).Jouw VerantwoordelijkhedenAls Batch Record Reviewer ben je de laatste kwaliteitscheck op de verpakkingsafdeling voordat documenten naar QA (Quality Assurance) gaan.Nauwkeurige Review: Je controleert batch documenten (grotendeels digitaal in MES en SAP) op GMP-compliance, correctheid en volledigheid.Feedback & Correctie: Je signaleert fouten van operatoren, geeft hierover constructieve feedback en zorgt dat correcties volgens de regels worden doorgevoerd.Afwijkingen en klachten: Je ondersteunt bij het onderzoeken van afwijkingen (in Trackwise) en helpt bij de behandeling van interne en externe klachten.Samenwerking: Je fungeert als schakel tussen planning, QA, teamleiders en engineering om de doorstroom van documentatie te garanderen.Wie zoeken wij?Je bent een administratief talent met een "kritische geest" die niet terugschrikt voor repetitief werk waarbij concentratie en precisie essentieel zijn.Ervaring: Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring binnen een GMP-omgeving of klinische verpakking.Digitaal vaardig: Je leert vlot werken met systemen zoals MES, SAP en Trackwise.Talen: Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.Persoonlijkheid: Je bent assertief genoeg om collega's aan te spreken op fouten, teamgericht en je blijft kalm en accuraat onder tijdsdruk.Beschikbaarheid: Je werkt 5 dagen per week op de site in Beerse (geen home-office mogelijk).
