RequirementsMaster degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 17 years;Experience with large, enterprise-level multi-user Information Systems;Experience with large projects or programmes;Experience in Agile as well as agile toolbox (i.e., JIRA, Confluence, Big Picture, Gliffy, Balsamiq, etc.);Experience with enterprise architecture best practices and goals;Experience working in a public sector environment;Proven experience in managing activities under a large project or programme autonomously, while coordinating with the team, contractors and / or client;Excellent knowledge of Application Management Lifecycle;Excellent knowledge of cloud architecture frameworks;Excellent knowledge of Infrastructure as code;Practical knowledge of (Open-Source) data sharing tools (EDC, Gaia-X, others), models and standards (W3C DID, W3C DCAT, W3C ODRL);Good Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT, Zachman, and actual experience developing and building models based on such framework;Good knowledge of security mechanisms for cloud architectures (e.g., IdP) and best practices and patterns;Good knowledge of microservices and architecture in the cloud;Good knowledge of applications design;Good knowledge of modelling tools;Good knowledge of Relational DBMS;Good knowledge of business process analysis;Good knowledge of interoperability technologies at cloud infrastructure level but also at service level (web services, message-oriented middleware, service-oriented bus, event architecture);Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning or High-Performance services;Knowledge of Infrastructure or data layer;Excellent command of the English language.
