Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a Fraud Cluster within a banking environment.

Work setup: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite per week)

Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis activities as Feature Owner or OPUS Owner.
• Facilitate business-needs collection and coordinate stakeholders throughout ideation and refinement.
• Challenge, validate, and document requirements, including customer-experience considerations.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, enabling autonomous delivery by squad members.
• Prepare and participate in end-to-end testing, tracking progress, defects, risks, and issues.
• Support business onboarding, change management, and go-live monitoring.
• Identify and manage constraints, dependencies, impediments, and delivery risks.

Must-have requirements:

• At least 6 years of relevant Business Analysis experience.
• Strong experience with Agile ideation and refinement techniques.
• Previous experience as an OPUS Owner or Feature Owner.
• Project management and stakeholder coordination experience.
• Experience in functional analysis and understanding technical functionalities.
• Practical contribution to testing activities.
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly graphs and data visualisation.
• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong written and spoken Dutch, French, and English.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a team.
