DEMAND PLANNING ANALYST
Immediate Opportunity | Interim or Freelance | 5-Month Assignment
For an international industrial organization, I'm looking for a Sales & Demand Forecasting Specialist (temporary assignment of 5 months) to ensure continuity during a maternity leave replacement.
Interim or Freelance Immediate start required International European scope Strong analytical and forecasting focus
What will you do?
As the bridge between sales, forecasting and European operations, you will be responsible for:
Analyzing sales, order, forecast and market data
Coordinating and consolidating forecasts from multiple European plants
Preparing recurring management reports and KPI dashboards
Monitoring market trends and economic indicators impacting demand
Managing consignment stock reporting and stakeholder follow-up
Supporting pricing decisions through margin analysis
Preparing presentations and insights for monthly management meetings
The goal? Ensure a smooth continuation of the European reporting and forecasting cycle with minimal disruption.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or similar
Minimum 2 years of experience in an analytical role
Experience in forecasting, demand planning, sales analysis or business analytics
Advanced Excel skills and confident with Power BI or other BI tools
Strong affinity with data, reporting and numerical analysis
Able to translate complex data into actionable business insights
Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
Proactive, independent and fact-based decision maker
