This is a high-impact role supporting our buy-and-build strategy across multiple subsidiaries, with exposure to group reporting, strategic planning, and M&A activity.You will play a key role in shaping financial insights, supporting decision-making at executive level, and helping scale financial processes across the Group.Key ResponsibilitiesFP&A & Group ReportingBuild and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis across the GroupLead the annual planning process and rolling forecasts in collaboration with subsidiary finance teamsPrepare variance analysis and translate results into clear, actionable insightsDevelop KPIs and dashboards for executive and group-level reportingOwn group-level financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timelinessConsolidate financial data across subsidiaries and identify trends and performance driverM&A & Strategic ProjectsBuild acquisition and valuation models, including synergy analysisSupport financial due diligence and integration activities for M&A transactionsAssist with post-acquisition integration, including reporting alignment and performance trackingContribute to group-level financial strategy and strategic initiativesStakeholder PartnershipWork closely with the CFO, CEO, and executive team on ad-hoc strategic projectsPartner with subsidiary finance teams to drive performance and improve reporting qualityPresent financial insights and recommendations to senior leadershipSupport process improvements, system implementations, and finance transformation initiativesOversee revenue analytics (contracts, invoicing, ARR), partnering with accounting where neededExperience & SkillsRequired3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or transaction servicesStrong financial modeling and advanced Excel skillsExperience with group consolidation and multi-entity reportingExposure to M&A activities (due diligence and/or integration)Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insightsComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentPreferredExperience in technology or high-growth environmentsExposure to private equity or buy-and-build strategiesExperience with ERP and BI tools (Odoo a plus)Basic scripting or automation skills (e.g. Python)What we offerDirect exposure to the CFO and executive leadership, with real influence on group-level decision-makingHands-on involvement in financial strategy, FP&A, and M&A activity within a private equity–backed buy-and-build environmentOpportunity to work across multiple operating companies and geographies, gaining broad group-level experienceHigh-visibility role with ownership over key financial models, reporting, and planning processesA dynamic, fast-growing organization where initiative and accountability are valuedClear professional growth as the group continues to scale through acquisitionsHybrid working model and competitive compensation packageAbilities and Other RequirementsIn order to successfully perform the essential functions of this job the employee must be able to verbally communicate with employees, co-workers and customers online and by phone.Disclaimer: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by associates assigned to this classification.
