Responsibilities
- Assimilate the CSRD framework and assess its business impacts.
- Examine CSRD/ESRS disclosure requirements and support implementation.
- Assess data requirements and compare them with existing data.
- Perform and support data gap analysis.
- Coordinate and animate CSRD/ESRS stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Data, Business, Compliance, Sustainability, Facilities, HR, and other departments.
- Maintain and update the project plan, roadmap, and resource planning.
- Provide regular updates within the established CSRD governance framework.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, and deadlines.
- Coordinate and contribute to interactions with BNPP Group entities.
- Support stream leads with the delivery of their respective contributions.
- Apply relevant industry best practices, methodologies, techniques, and standards throughout project execution.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Master's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Strong data analysis and data gap analysis capabilities.
- Knowledge of CSRD, ESG, ESRS, and regulatory reporting.
- Experience in the financial services sector, preferably banking, is an asset.
- Knowledge of internal controls and audit principles.
- Understanding of change management and project management methodologies.
- Experience with BNPP tools and financial processes is an asset.
- Good understanding of BNP Paribas Fortis workflows and processes.
- Strong organizational and business-strategy skills.
- Strong conceptual and analytical thinking.
- Ability to drive change and manage complex problems.
- Structured, proactive, and goal-oriented approach.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Diplomatic and mature approach to internal and external communication.
- Proven leadership and people-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and creative-thinking abilities.
- Dutch: Excellent.
- French: Good.
- English: Excellent / working language.
