Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and proactive LineHaul & DSP Sourcing & Procurement Specialist to oversee logistics procurement activities in Liège, Belgium. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and managing transportation services, including LineHaul and DSP (Delivery Service Partner), to ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics operations.Key Responsibilities:Identify, evaluate, and select suitable LineHaul carriers and DSP partners in BelgiumDevelop and maintain relationships with logistics service providers to secure optimal terms and service levelsAnalyze transportation costs, market trends, and supplier performance to continuously optimize procurement strategiesManage RFQs, negotiate contracts, and enforce compliance with procurement policiesCollaborate with internal teams to understand logistics needs and ensure seamless service deliveryMonitor and report on KPIs related to logistics procurement performanceStay updated on logistics industry developments and market dynamics in BelgiumQualifications and Experience:3-5 years of experience in logistics procurement, transportation sourcing, or related fieldsFluent in English&Chinese, with excellent communication and negotiation skillsProficiency in Belgian languages (Dutch, French, or German) preferredStrong understanding of LineHaul operations, DSP, and international logistics market in BelgiumAnalytical mindset with good negotiation skills and supplier management capabilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
