We are looking for a Strategic Sourcer (Sourcing Recruiter) to help drive a major transformation in talent acquisition for our Client's most critical projects. Your mission will be to accelerate Time-to-Fill by combining deep expertise in sourcing with strong strategic capabilities.In this role, you will focus on expert talent sourcing, deliver valuable market and talent intelligence, and play a key part in designing and improving recruitment strategies. You will work closely with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to continuously enhance processes and outcomes. The position also involves leading strategic initiatives, ensuring effective communication within the team, and managing relationships with internal teams and Client stakeholdersThe role requires one day a week onsite in Braine-L'Alleud and one day in Anderlecht, with the rest of the work done remotely.What you will do:As part of our team, this role goes beyond sourcing.
