Senior Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Consultant with expertise in Supply Chain Management. In this role, you will partner with clients to drive transformative improvements, optimize processes, and enhance operational efficiency. You will leverage data-driven insights and industry best practices to solve complex business challenges, delivering measurable value and sustainable change. This role is based in the Brussels area. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute supply chain optimization projects, ensuring successful delivery and measurable business impact.Analyze supply chain processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop tailored strategies to enhance productivity, cost efficiency, and service levels.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement best-in-class supply chain strategies, including demand planning, production planning, inventory management, and logistics.Assess and leverage emerging technology trends, automation, and digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency.Develop and deliver insightful presentations and reports, effectively communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders.Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.RequirementsBachelor's or preferably, Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.3 to 5+ years of experience in consulting, or supply chain management, preferably within a leading consulting firm or industry leader.Experience with ERP, business intelligence, and digital transformation solutions within supply chain operations.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.Proven track record of delivering cost savings, operational improvements, and efficiency gains in supply chain functions.Strong knowledge of PMO methods such as Agile, Prince and/or APICS (certification preferred).Strong appetite for operational excellence and continuous improvements activities.Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of an organization.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.APPLY APPLY APPLY, YOUR FUTURE LIES HERE @ RESULTANCEGenuine career growth within a dynamic team of amazing people.Competitive salary package in line with top firms on the market (Company car + extra benefits).Top learning opportunities to enhance your skills and personal development.Supportive leaders and mentors who will respect and guide you throughout your journey.
