And we need you for this: someone who helps form the heart of our operation and keeps everything running and thriving.What you'll do ?As Project Manager, you're the pivot that makes projects succeed. From first brainstorm to delivery, you ensure ideas don't remain loose dreams but become reality. We're looking for someone who:Is enthusiastic about youth culture and trends – and understands what's really happening (not a corporate millennial trying to be 'cool')Has or wants to build generational expertise: you understand the shift from Gen Z to Alpha and know why it mattersHas street cred: young people should feel you understand them, not that you're targeting them as an audienceIs hands-on: you take action and aren't too precious for the detailsHas humor and doesn't take everything too heavily (but does deliver solid work)Can think both creatively and pragmaticallyIs communicatively strong: you bring people together, keep them aligned, and dare to leadWorks project-based: overview, structure, and perseverance are in your DNACan function independently within a small team (no micromanagement, but responsibility)Brings energy and can pass it on to researchers, freelancers, and clientsNice to have:Experience with project management or team coordination (but passion and potential weigh heavily)Feeling for both offline events and online campaignsKnowledge of the youth market, subcultures, and trendsYou've coordinated a group of people before without it becoming chaosAbout that Bachelor's Degree: We care more about what you can do and who you are than about diplomas.
