This company will accompany you to develop your skills and become autonomous in your job in order to grow in the company. Your TasksAs Business Controller, you will mainly be responsible for supporting the commercial team.Producing clear, insightful financial reporting covering brand and customer dynamics.Ensuring smooth financial closings, validating results and managing accruals with rigor.Coordinating the full forecasting & budgeting cycle, ensuring timelines and guidelines are respected.Delivering smart financial analyses to support new product plans, customer decisions, and pricing discussions.Leading performance-driven initiatives aimed at optimizing sales efficiency, discounts, and indirect costs.Improving tools and processes, enhancing financial visibility and operational efficiency across teams.Your ProfileMaster's degree in Economics, Management Sciences, Business Engineering or equivalent.At least 2 years of experience in a controlling positionFluent in Dutch and English. French is considered a big plus.
