BeschrijvingOur client is an international player active in sustainable logistics solutions for European supply chains. From its EMEA headquarters in the Antwerp region, the company supports customers with reusable assets circulating between production sites, service centers, and end clients. Personal development, internal mobility, and engagement are key pillars of the company culture.As a Transport Planner you will play a key role within the European logistics organization. You will be responsible for transport planning mainly for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will work with a mix of in-house drivers and subcontractors and collaborate daily with internal stakeholders such as customer service, sales, and operations. You will join a young, international logistics team where collaboration, goal orientation, and clear communication are essential. As you will currently be in a team of 2 for this region, the role offers a high level of responsibility and impact. Over time, there are clear opportunities to grow into other logistics or supply chain roles. During the onboarding period, you will work fully from the office, with the possibility to work hybrid later on.ProfielFluent German (professional level); good command of EnglishBachelor level or equal by experience Relevant experience in transport planning or logistics is a strong plus, but not necessaryStrong organizational skills, stress-resistant, and goal-oriented (KPI-driven mindset)Comfortable working with IT systems; solid knowledge of MS Office, especially ExcelStrong communicator and team player in a multicultural environmentAanbodPermanent contract within a stable, international organizationGross monthly salary up to approx. €3,500, depending on experienceAnnual bonus up to 7.5% of the gross annual salary (based on individual and company targets)37-hour workweek and 25 days of leave (20 statutory + 5 sector days)Hospitalization insurance (with option to include family members) and pension planCafeteria plan and strong focus on learning, development, and internal career growthOpen, supportive culture with frequent team initiatives and well-being activities
