Job Description – Senior Change ManagerLocation: Hybrid (On-site + Remote)Contract Type: Consultancy / External AssignmentLanguage Requirement: French (Native Level)1. Role OverviewA Senior Change Manager (M/F/X) is required to support major organizational and digital transformation initiatives. The Senior Change Manager will define, implement, and manage the human-centered change strategy to ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.The role requires working closely with executive leaders, project/program managers, team managers, and impacted stakeholders.2. Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & CoachingAdvise and guide executive sponsors in fulfilling their role throughout the change initiative.Coach and support team managers in preparing their teams for the future state.Collaborate with project/program managers to align change strategy with project impacts.Change Management StrategyDefine and implement a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with initiative objectives.Identify impacted stakeholders, assess their needs, and develop effective engagement plans.Conduct change impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies.Communication, Training & AdoptionDevelop and execute clear, consistent communication plans to engage all levels of the organization.Plan and deliver training programs to equip employees with required knowledge and skills.Support cultural adaptation by fostering openness, trust, and flexibility.Monitoring & EvaluationTrack change adoption progress and adjust strategies when needed.Identify and proactively address resistance to change.Measure stakeholder satisfaction and use feedback to improve future initiatives.Apply best practices and modern methodologies in change management.3. Required Skills & ExperienceMandatory QualificationsPROSCI/ADKAR certification (must be provided).Minimum 15 years of experience in organizational and digital transformation.Proven experience in at least 3 large-scale digital transformation programs.Proven involvement in at least 3 CRM implementation projects.Experience supporting transformation in multiple public-sector environments.Strong experience working in Agile frameworks.Solid project and program management capabilities.Technical & Behavioral SkillsMastery of change management methodologies and tools.Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage complex organizational environments.High emotional intelligence, resilience, and problem-solving ability.Fluent/native proficiency in French.4.
