Wat zijn je belangrijkste doelstellingen?U rapporteert aan de 'Lead Product and Performance Management' en wordt betrokken bij de ontwikkeling van alle productlijnen van Yuzzu (scope, klantgerichte aanpak, governance, enz.) evenals bij het creëren en opvolgen van financiële en niet-financiële rapporten in verband met de prestaties van de producten (verkoop en winstgevendheid).Uw taken zullen onder andere bestaan uit:Beheer van databases en integratie in IT-systemen die de ontwikkeling van dashboards en periodieke controles mogelijk maken.Ondersteuning bij de technische implementatie van de prijszetting (inclusief beheer en implementatie van prijstabellen en aanvaardingscriteria).Follow-up van de verkoop en de portefeuille in termen van groei en winstgevendheid.Aanpassingen van de producten aan de evolutie van de markt.Interpretatie van de evoluties in groei en winstgevendheid.Deelname aan de BAU-activiteiten van het bedrijf in verband met aantrekkelijkheid, winstgevendheid, groei en saneringsprocedures van de verschillende producten.Uitvoeren van ad-hoc statistische analyses op basis van de behoeften van de belanghebbenden.Wat zijn je verantwoordelijkheden?U bent een van de technische garanten voor de groei en winstgevendheid van de producten van Yuzzu, terwijl u ervoor zorgt dat de producten aantrekkelijk blijven voor onze klanten.U bent een van de garanten voor de kwaliteit van de gegevens in onze databases en de relevantie van de KPI's die ermee verbonden zijn.Wat is je profiel?Commercieel ingenieur, burgerlijk ingenieur, bachelor/master/doctorandus in wiskunde, statistiek of actuaris.Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring in de technische ontwikkeling en het monitoren van resultaten van niet-leven verzekeringsproducten.Diepgaande beheersing van Python (en bij voorkeur SQL) voor ontwikkelings- en databasebeheer taken.Kennis van Akur8 is een pluspunt.Beheersing van Microsoft-tools (Word en Excel).Gevoel voor prijszetting en wendbaarheid om deel te nemen aan taken met technische verfijning.Klantgerichte houding, ondernemingsgeest, teamspirit, creativiteit en innovatie.Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels (met de bereidheid om Frans te leren, indien nodig).Wat is ons aanbod?
