What You'll Do:Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of high-voltage (HV) electrical systems (11kV–33kV) for data centers.Manage HV substation integration and utility connections to ensure reliable power delivery.Coordinate with utility providers, contractors, and internal teams to align on project timelines and power delivery schedules.Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes, safety standards, and data center industry requirements.Oversee testing, commissioning, and energization of HV equipment, transformers, and switchgear.Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring efficient execution and timely delivery.Conduct risk assessments and enforce robust safety protocols for all HV site activities.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to electrical teams and review detailed HV design documentation.Act as the primary interface with clients, regulatory authorities, and utility representatives on all HV-related matters.What You'll Bring:Proven experience delivering HV electrical systems within large-scale or complex industrial or construction projects.Background in engineering or construction, ideally with experience in HV networks or energy infrastructure.Solid understanding of utility procedures, commissioning methodologies, and HV safety standards.Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.A proactive, detail-oriented approach, with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.Proficiency in French and English (both written and spoken).
