Marketing Assistant

Marketing Associate – Cardiometabolic Health Only candidates who are fully trilingual (NL/FR/EN) and who already have relevant marketing experience will be considered for this role.We are looking for a Temporary (6m) Marketing Associate Cardiometabolic Health (CMH) for the BeLux region. In this role, you support Brand Managers in executing customer and brand plans, ensuring an excellent customer experience and contributing to the growth of several innovative products. You will work closely with marketing, digital, medical and sales teams, and manage multiple priorities across different brands.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development, management and execution of marketing plans.Identify and implement projects aligned with brand strategy.Collaborate with external agencies to create effective customer solutions.Execute brand tactics and optimize channel mix; follow up on approvals for materials and projects.Build strong cross‐functional relationships with Marketing, Digital, Medical and Sales teams.Engage Sales Representatives using the Customer Dialogue Model (input, refinement, transfer).Ensure compliance with internal standards and local regulations.Profile & QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Medical Sciences or Business.Experience in a marketing function/internship is a mustIdeally first experience in pharmaceutical marketing.Strong enthusiasm for healthcare marketing and a customer‐centric mindset.Excellent operational skills and attention to detail.Flexible, able to adapt to shifting priorities.Fast learner with strong organizational skills and ability to deliver on time.Accurate, independent and comfortable in a cross‐functional environment.Team player with strong communication skills.Proficient in MS Office.Offer6‐month contract through IQVIAAttractive salary package with additional benefitsCompany car includedUp to 2 days of homeworking per weekOffice located next to Brussels Central Station, easily accessibleInterested?
