Scrum Master

Location: Brussels, Belgium; hybrid work
Contract type: Temporary assignment, 1 year contract + potential extension
USP: Drive predictable CRM delivery across business, operations, IT, and data in a large-scale logistics transformation.

Your Role

As Scrum Master, you will enable predictable, high-quality delivery for a Customer Care CRM squad. You will establish and maintain a consistent agile operating rhythm, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, coordinate cross-team dependencies, and provide transparent delivery and risk updates.

You will work closely with the Product Owner, Tribe governance, CRM squads, shared-platform teams, Release Management, and stakeholders across Business, Operations, IT, and Data. The ideal profile brings hands-on Scrum experience, takes ownership under delivery pressure, surfaces risks early, and continuously improves team health and ways of working.

Your Responsibilities

Establish and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives on a two-week cadence.
Define, maintain, and enforce effective team working agreements.
Identify, track, and remove impediments affecting sprint and PI commitments.
Maintain the squad's impediment and risk log, escalating blockers when required.
Coordinate dependencies across shared platforms, CRM squads, and Release Management.
Track velocity, burn-down, sprint progress, and PI commitments.
Prepare delivery status updates for Product Owners and Tribe governance.

Who You Are

Must-haves

Minimum 5 years of relevant agile delivery experience, including dedicated Scrum Master experience.
Strong knowledge of Scrum and scaled agile practices, including SAFe and PI planning.
Proven experience facilitating ceremonies and establishing working agreements.
Experience managing impediments, risks, and cross-team dependencies.
Business-level speaking and writing proficiency in both national languages.

Nice-to-haves

Experience with enterprise CRM or case-management platforms, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
Experience in customer care, contact-center, logistics, parcel, or public-sector environments.
Relevant Scrum or SAFe certification.
