For a customer in Limburg, we are searching for a freelance Process Engineer with Green Belt Six Sigma to be responsible for developing and achieving efficient production processes that are appropriately balanced between people and machines, for both existing and new products or SKUs.
Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze and implement cost savings, efficiency improvements and increased output within production processes.
- Prepare business cases for production-process improvements, taking into account scope, resources, timelines, risks and budget.
- Implement actions to improve both machine and human efficiency based on identified KPIs.
- Coach operators and line leaders on production methods and execution.
- Represent/participate on behalf of Production in the implementation of new products and/or processes.
- Coordinate production activities required to implement new products, SKUs, processes and/or process changes.
- Verify and certify SKU-specific print specifications.
Profile
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma, preferably at least Green Belt level.
- Experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Experience with relevant software packages.
- Experience in project coordination.
- Knowledge of or experience with cGMP is an advantage.
- Analytical.

- Strong organizational skills.
