About us
Exhibitly is bringing AI to the $60B events industry that's been stuck in 2010. We're building a suite of tools that rethink how events attract, engage, and convert their audiences.
- 250+ international events signed in 12 months (all inbound)
- Bootstrapped to six-figure revenue (raised €1.4M)
- Massive first-mover advantage (hyper-growth potential)
- ...and a roadmap that will reshape the entire industry
Why now
We signed 250+ events in 12 months and the founders have handled every single one. Onboarding, setup, questions, renewals. That doesn't scale, and it's already what slows us down.
What you'll do
- Own everything after the deal. Onboarding, setup, support, renewals. From the moment they sign to the moment they book their next edition.
- Get clients to value fast. Configure the widget for their event, walk them through the dashboard, fix what breaks. Our time-to-value is already short. Make it shorter.
- Turn results into renewals. Every event generates data on what the tool did for them. Package it, send it, and make the next booking obvious.
- Automate the onboarding journey. Work out the flow, then build it so it runs without you. Templates, sequences, self-serve setup, whatever is needed.
- Build the function as you go. We're going from 250 events to 1,000. Whatever process and documentation that needs, you're building it.
- Be the translation layer to product. Organisers, exhibitors, attendees. You'll hear what's broken and what's missing before anyone else. Turn that into something the team can build.
- Spot the expansion. Many of our clients are portfolio organisers running dozens of events. One happy event is a doorway to twenty more.
Who you are
- You genuinely like customers. Not as a line on a CV. You get something out of making someone's event go better than they expected
- Organised to a fault. Hundreds of events, different time zones, different launch dates. Nothing falls through the cracks
- Not afraid of the technical side. You don't need to code, but you'll need to understand how our script works and explain it to a client's web team
- You explain things clearly. Our users are event marketers, not engineers. You meet them where they are
- AI-native. Non-negotiable. Drafting, research, reporting, documentation. One person with the right setup does the work of four
- You own the outcome. No briefing, no chasing. We want to hear "don't worry, I've got this," then see it happen
- Clear communicator who moves fast. A week is a long time here
Nice to haves

- Free lunch and dinner, hospitalisation insurance, meal vouchers and more
- Offices at Wintercircus, Ghent
The process

- Final chat and offer
We're looking for ROCKET SHIP BUILDERS If that's you, let's talk.
