Job Title: Frontend Developer (React/Angular Expert)
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Employment Type: Full-time / Contract / Freelance
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Frontend Developer with strong expertise in React.js or Angular to design and build scalable, high-performance web applications. You will collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver modern, user-friendly interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop UI components using React.js or Angular.
- Implement responsive design ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and services.
- Optimize performance for speed and scalability.
- Maintain code quality with testing frameworks (Jest, Jasmine, Cypress).
- Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for CI/CD.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in React.js or Angular.
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Experience with state management (Redux, NgRx, Context API).
- Familiarity with REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Understanding of frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, npm/yarn).
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and accessibility standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Jasmine, Cypress).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
