MissionAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for multiple simultaneous installation or upgrade projects in the RadioPharmacy Solutions division. This position will be the central point of contact between customer representatives and various teams (sales team, field service engineering team, software team, product management team, third parties). You will be based Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, and in order to carry out your role you will need a high level of interaction our Belgian office and with various customer sites globally and reporting to the Headquarter PMO. Challenges we trust you with•End-to-End Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cyclotron installation projects, ensuring compliance with timeline, scope, budget, and quality standards, in line with the Divisions strategy•Global Collaboration: Oversee international project teams, working closely with local partners, Field Service Engineers, and technical experts.
You'll need to influence or manage a wide range of stakeholders, such as architects, procurement teams and subcontractors.•Customer-Centric Leadership: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring seamless communication between technical, engineering, and construction teams.•Risk and Resource Management: Develop risk mitigation strategies, organize necessary resources (both human and material), and ensure continuous alignment with project goals.•Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, conduct monthly financial reviews, and ensure projects remain within financial targets.•Process Optimization: Continuously seek improvements in project management tools, processes, and methodologies to drive efficiency and success.•Reporting & KPI Tracking: Provide precise and timely project updates to internal stakeholders, including key decision-makers, with actionable insights. What we value•Bachelor's degree in engineering or industrial sciences.•3 to 5 years experience in project management in an international healthcare or industrial setting.•Excellent communication skills, fluent in French and English.•Analytical, synthetic, and creative mindset.•Independent problem solver: capable of identifying technical or project related problems, summarizing the underlying issue and identifying potential solutionsAnd you also are:Assertive individual with strong interpersonal skills, capable of driving change. Ability to organize your work autonomously and exercise independent initiative. Customer-oriented with excellent people management skills.
Flexible and stress-resistant with very good planning and organizational skills. Passionate about new technologies, with broad technical knowledge and a desire to continuously update it. Willing to travel nationally for short missions, up to 10% of the timeWilling to travel internationally for short missions or training, up to 10% of the working time. Cherry on the cakeGood knowledge of MS Office and project management tools, knowledge of SAP.
Prior experience with cyclotrons. PMI certification or equivalent.
