Dankzij onze bewezen lean management ervaring ondersteunen we hen bij het bepalen en bereiken van de ideale Operational Excellence Strategie.Om onze groei verder te ondersteunen zijn we op zoek naar een Consultant Continuous Improvement.Jij houdt van:het ontwikkelen van de beste bedrijfsstrategie en het implementeren van op maat gemaakt advies aan productiebedrijven binnen het domein van Operational Excellence.het uitvoeren en managen van een diversiteit aan projecten waarbij je de projectscope en resultaten bewaakt. De projecten hebben een focus op Continuous Improvement, Performance management & Standards, Improvement & Process management, Leadership & Culture,....coaching en ontwikkeling van werknemers op de vloer om hen de nodige vaardigheden te verwerven om uitstekend te kunnen presteren in veranderende operationele omgevingen.het begeleiden van management teams door middel van trainingen en coaching op het gebied van Enterprise Excellence Leadership, Gemba Walks, persoonlijke werkorganisatie en Kata Coaching.het commercieel uitbouwen van onze dienstverlening door nieuwe opportuniteiten te spotten, klantencontacten te leggen en nieuwe projecten te realiseren.Onze ideale consultant:heeft een Masterdiploma aangevuld met 4 à 8 jaren ervaring binnen het domein Operational Excellence in productie-omgevingen.Kan referentieprojecten voorleggen op vlak van verschillende verbeteringstechnieken: Root Cause Analyses (RCA), SMED-analyses, SQCDME-principes, daily management systemen, Makigami en Kaizen-events, Heijunka of productie leveling, 5S, ....Heeft veel ervaring met het invoeren van werkstandaarden om zo de best practices te verankeren en een stevige basis te leggen voor voortdurende verbeteringen.Gebruikt visuele beheertools om verschillende processen duidelijker en efficiënter te maken.heeft de ambitie om een cultuur van continue verbetering, innovatie en drive voor perfectie uit te dragen binnen en buiten ons bedrijf.spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
