Take a look at our vacancies and apply by sending your CV and cover letter to recruitment@yuzzu.be Yuzzu is currently seeking a Data EngineerWhich are your responsibilities?As a Data Engineer, you will:Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines to collect, transform, and load data from various sources (databases, REST APIs, flat files, etc.).Model and manage relational and analytical databases.Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of data flows.Collaborate closely with Data Science, BI, and Product teams to meet business needs.Ad-hoc support for reporting activities within the Data & Reporting Team (Power BI, Ad-hoc queries)Automate and document data processing workflows.Contribute to defining and improving the company's overall data architecture.What are your skills and experiences?Technical skills:Strong command of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.).Solid experience in Python development for data processing and manipulation (pandas, SQL alchemy, etc.).Proven experience building and maintaining ETL / ELT pipelines.Experience working with REST APIs (data integration, consumption).Good understanding of data formats (JSON, CSV, Parquet, etc.).Experience with Django is a plus.Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS) is an advantage.Soft skills:Strong collaboration and communication skills.Analytical mindset and attention to detail.Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies.Good knowledge in French/Dutch and with a minimal understanding of the other language.
