En croissance maîtrisée, la société combine esprit PME, projets concrets et vision long terme, avec une volonté claire de structurer davantage sa fonction finance.Contrôleur de gestion - Votre rôle:Intégré à une équipe finance à taille humaine (CFO + 2 contrôleurs de gestion), vous jouez un rôle clé entre chiffres et opérations :Analyser la performance financière des projets et traduire les chiffres en recommandations business concrètesAccompagner les équipes opérationnelles dans le pilotage des marges, des coûts et du cashParticiper activement au projet d'implémentation ERP, avec un rôle structurant sur le reporting et l'analytiqueDévelopper et améliorer les outils de pilotage pour soutenir la prise de décision du managementÊtre présent sur le terrain, comprendre les réalités opérationnelles et challenger les pratiques existantesContrôleur de gestion - Votre profil:Minimum 3 ans d'expérience au total, dont une expérience en Big 4 Français requis.
