Project Coordinator

We're looking for a Project Coordinator to be the main link between IT teams in Belgium (Brussels) and the Global Competence Center (GCC) IT team in India.Your mission is to keep communication clear, alignment strong, and activities running smoothly — especially around recruitment, onboarding, ramp-up, and delivery coordination.What you'll doAs Project Coordinator, you will: Be the main point of contact in Belgium for all GCC-related IT coordination Ensure smooth communication between Belgium & India teams (follow-ups, alignment, progress updates) Organize and manage key meetingsTwice-weekly syncs with the Indian IT teamMonthly IT Welcome callsMonthly status calls with IT ChaptersMilestone & risk review meetings with stakeholdersKeep key documentation updated and structuredJob descriptions, presentations, project material Support recruitment + onboarding activitiesHelp hiring managers stay alignedSupport ramp-up planning and remove blockersCoordinate with HR teams and partners when needed Track actions, progress, and risks, and provide clear updates to leadership Work with Change Agents to support adoption and manage resistance Organize workshops and team-building sessions to strengthen collaboration Who you areYou are: Organized, proactive, and structured Strong in communication & stakeholder management Comfortable working across cultures and time zones Confident managing meetings, documentation, and follow-ups Able to present updates to bigger IT audiencesEnglish + Dutch or French Location🇧🇪 Brussels, Belgium (working closely with teams in India)
