We're Hiring: Test Manager (Brussels, Belgium)
Are you an experienced Test Manager with a passion for quality assurance, stakeholder management, and delivering high-quality software solutions? Join a leading insurance organization and play a key role in driving testing excellence across a portfolio of strategic projects.
Location: Brussels Centre (Hybrid)
Your Responsibilities
- Define and implement test strategies and test plans for major projects.
- Coordinate and oversee all testing phases.
- Monitor test execution, quality metrics, risks, and defects.
- Manage defect resolution and testing governance.
- Communicate testing progress and recommendations to stakeholders and management through Power BI reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement of testing methodologies and quality standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in Test Management.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies.
- ISTQB Foundation Certification (mandatory).
- Extensive experience with Azure DevOps (test cases, execution, dashboards, defect management, reporting).
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Nice to Have
- Power BI knowledge.
- Insurance sector experience.
- General IT domain knowledge.
Languages
- Dutch – Fluent
- French – Fluent
- English – Fluent
