Engineering ManagerFull-Time or Freelance | Software Development IndustryWe're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager with strong software expertise to lead and grow our clients engineering teams. This role will drive technical direction, improve delivery processes, and ensure the successful development of high-quality web applications.What You'll DoLead, mentor, and support a team of .NET and React engineersProvide architectural and technical guidance across services, APIs, and front-end applicationsOversee sprint planning, execution, and delivery timelinesCollaborate with Product, Design, and QA to align on requirements and prioritiesReview code, enforce best practices, and foster continuous improvementDrive improvements in CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and engineering processesSupport hiring, onboarding, and team scalingWhat We're Looking For5+ years of experience in software engineeringStrong hands-on knowledge of C#/.NET Core, React, and modern web architectures2+ years leading engineering teams (Tech Lead or Manager roles)Solid understanding of REST APIs, databases, and modern frontend patternsExperience working in agile environmentsExcellent communication, organization, and leadership skillsNice to HaveExperience with Azure or AWSKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines, microservices, Docker/KubernetesTesting experience (xUnit, NUnit, Jest, Cypress)Experience leading remote or distributed teamsEngagement OptionsFull-Time – Competitive salary, benefits, long-term impactFreelance/Contract If you're interested, please apply now
