You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and guiding candidates who share this mission.About the RoleAs a Talent Advisor, you will support our client, a global biopharmaceutical company with a strong scientific focus and a collaborative, people‐centric culture. You will manage end‐to‐end recruitment for various corporate and support functions across Europe.What You Will DoManage the full recruitment cycle for diverse roles across EuropeAct as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, offering market insights and best practicesCollaborate closely with sourcing teams and shared service centers to identify top talentDrive process improvements, including offer management and onboarding initiativesEnsure excellent stakeholder management through clear and proactive communication.Who We're Looking ForMinimum 3 years of experience in end‐to‐end recruitment and global stakeholder managementExperience in RPO is a strong advantageHighly organized, ambitious, empathetic, and service‐orientedStrong communication skills and ability to build trusted relationshipsFluent in French and EnglishWilling to work 2 days per week on‐site in Braine‐L'Alleud (with remote flexibility).Who You Will Work WithJoin a dynamic and supportive team with diverse backgrounds and strong team spirit.
