Cream Consulting is a Business & Technology consulting firm working with major accounts in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, energy, public services, and transportation.Your MissionAs a Data Analyst (M/F), you will play a key role in leveraging data to support the business. You will be responsible for analyzing large volumes of data, producing high-value analyses and reports, and assisting business teams in optimizing the use of their data in line with the organization's strategic objectives.Your Responsibilities:Analyze large volumes of data to understand business challenges and stakeholder needsTranslate business requirements into relevant and actionable data analysesContribute to the selection, implementation, and improvement of analysis and reporting toolsProduce strategic analyses, dashboards, and reports for business stakeholdersIdentify trends, anomalies, and opportunities from dataPresent and communicate analysis results in a clear and understandable way to business stakeholdersCollaborate with IT, data, and business teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and reliabilityHelp business teams better leverage and optimize their use of dataAdapt to the specific environment and challenges of our clientsCandidate ProfileAt least 1 year of experience in data analysisPassionate about data and transforming it into actionable insights for the businessExperienced with data tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, or equivalentsStrong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills, enabling you to make results understandable for non-technical audiencesPragmatic and solution-oriented approach to problem-solvingAble to work in a dynamic and constantly evolving environmentFluent in French and English; a good knowledge of Dutch is a plusOur Recruitment Process:Phone interview with a recruiterInterview(s) with a Business ManagerClient presentationStart of the assignment in a stimulating and challenging environmentAudensiel is committed to fighting all forms of discrimination and promoting diversity and equal opportunities.
