This role acts at enterprise level, aligning business priorities, architecture principles, and delivery execution. You will drive cross‐company governance, lead enterprise‐wide technology assessments, and ensure technology decisions are scalable, coherent, sustainable, and future‐ready.This role requires strong architectural thinking, a deep understanding of modern technologies (cloud, AI, automation), and the ability to influence and align diverse senior stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipCo‐create and evolve the technology strategy and long‐term roadmap in collaboration with senior leadershipIntercept emerging technology trends and translate them into concrete priorities and opportunitiesGovernance & AlignmentFacilitate technology governance processes across executive forumsDrive alignment between business, enterprise architecture, and delivery teamsIdentify fragmentation risks in tooling, platforms, and architectural choicesEnterprise AssessmentsLead large‐scale assessments across infrastructure, security, tooling, and application landscapesEstablish and reinforce architectural guardrails and standardsSupport technology communities and promote enterprise‐wide adoption of shared practicesInfluence & TransformationAct as a strategic advisor, shaping direction and accelerating transformation initiativesCommunicate clearly with technical and executive audiences, building momentum for changeServe as a strong influencer in complex environments with competing prioritiesRequirements & QualificationsBackgroundBachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experienceAt least 8+ years in strategy, enterprise architecture, digital transformation, or similar rolesCertifications such as TOGAF, SAFe Architect, or comparable frameworks are a plusMust‐Have SkillsDeep experience in enterprise architecture or technology strategyStrong knowledge of cloud, automation, AI, and modern technology trendsProven experience leading enterprise‐level assessmentsExcellent stakeholder management and influencing abilitiesStrong communication skills for both executive and technical audiencesAbility to lead governance processes and drive adoption of standardsHigh resilience, confident decision‐making, and the ability to set strategic directionNice‐to‐Have SkillsExperience in large, complex enterprise environments (e.g., telecom, utilities, financial services)Familiarity with enterprise architecture tools (LeanIX or similar)Knowledge of governance frameworksExperience working with distributed or offshore teamsDutch language skills
