Quality CoordinatorLocation: LiegeIndustry: Transportation + Aerospace Salary: Up To €75,000Job Type: Hybrid/On-SiteHigh-Tech Aerospace Supply ChainWe are looking for a Quality Coordinator to support our quality activities within a high-tech aerospace supply chain environment. The role focuses on maintaining process reliability, supporting compliance, coordinating quality documentation and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.ResponsibilitiesQuality Management and Documentation • Maintain and update the Quality Management System. • Assist in drafting and revising procedures and work instructions. • Help ensure alignment with customer and industry requirements.Performance Monitoring and Improvement • Track quality indicators and supply chain performance metrics. • Support non-conformity management and follow-up on corrective and preventive actions. • Contribute to improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and product reliability.Audits and Compliance • Assist in internal audits and prepare materials for external and customer audits. • Support audit follow-up activities and risk assessments.Operational Support • Collaborate with logistics, warehouse and technical teams to ensure consistent application of quality practices. • Provide day-to-day support for deviations, documentation updates and process improvements.QHSE Support • Participate in selected safety, environmental or sustainability activities if relevant. (Experience in QHSE is considered an advantage.)Profile• Experience in quality, logistics or supply chain is an asset, but not essential.• Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail.• Ability to work collaboratively with operational teams in a technical environment.• Interest in aerospace, precision-driven processes or high-tech industries.• Familiarity with audits, continuous improvement or non-conformity management is a plus.
