Your missionYou own and grow a portfolio of client accounts. You build long-term partnerships and turn leads into concrete projects and successful consultant placements. With the support of an international team, you help scale the business in a sustainable way.You focus on the client sales side, operating at the crossroads of sales, account management, and recruitment. You work closely with delivery teams to convert opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and create lasting value on both sides.What you'll do (for real)Business Development & SalesBuild and expand your own client portfolioTurn inbound and team-generated leads into signed businessRe-activate dormant clients and aim for preferred or sole supplier statusNegotiate commercial terms and close deals with confidenceCross-sell Innova Solutions services with support from internal expertsClient & Account ManagementOwn and grow your acquired clients long-termOrganise and lead client meetings, presentations, and follow-upsEnsure client satisfaction, retention, and sustainable growthSupport the CSO team on complex issues when neededRecruitment & Delivery CollaborationWork closely with the delivery team to fill your vacanciesLeverage your own recruitment network when relevantSupport candidate searches and job board sourcing when requiredGuide interview processes and ensure all parties are preparedManage contracts, offers, and special provisionsOperations & ReportingTrack activity accurately in CRM systemsDeliver regular reporting on sales, activity, and team performanceContribute to team business plans with your managerEnsure administrative tasks are handled smoothlyResponsibilities may evolve depending on business needs.What We're Looking ForProven success experience in business development, account development management.Proven success experience in Recruitment or IT solutions sector as a Sales person.
