Beschrijving:Je werkt mee aan de modernisering van een mission-critical softwaresysteem (EBP) voor de Belgische spoorweginfrastructuurbeheerder. Dit systeem beheert verkeer en veiligheid. Het wordt iteratief herbouwd: eerst kernwijzigingen in C, daarna overgang naar Rust voor bepaalde componenten. Je test zowel legacy- als gemoderniseerde onderdelen.Taken:Analyseren, ontwerpen, documenteren en valideren van features voor het EBP-programmaOpstellen van technische documentatie voor softwaremodules en/of het systeemOndersteunen van het team in alle fasen van de software development lifecycleFunctie-eisen Voorbeelden van taken:Schrijven van testspecificaties op basis van functionele analyse, softwarearchitectuur en moduleontwerpUitvoeren van manuele testsAutomatiseren van testcases met bestaande frameworks en waar nodig uitbreiden van het frameworkDocumenteren van testresultatenValideren van andere testrapportenAnalyseren van huidige testoplossingen en voorstellen/implementeren van verbeteringenDocumenteren en uitvoeren van testtaken voor verschillende softwaremodulesVereisten voor de kandidaat:Zeer nauwkeurig en precies, ook gedurende lange periodes (software beïnvloedt spoorverkeer)Kan zowel in team als zelfstandig werkenCommunicatief om benodigde informatie op te vragenAccuraat bij het beoordelen van input en uitvoeren van takenCompetenties:Talen: Nederlands of Frans & EngelsEssentiële vaardigheden:Ervaring met testen van software op server- en client-sideErvaring met testen van Qt-applicaties en Squish is een plusErvaring met geautomatiseerd testenKennis van PythonErvaring met Rust is een plus (optioneel C, Java)Ervaring met EN50128 of DO178 is een troefISTQB Foundation Level certificaat iArbeidsvoorwaarden Naast een contract van onbepaalde duur met een aantrekkelijk salaris op maat, bieden wij je:maaltijdcheques van 8 euro per gewerkte dag;forfaitaire onkostenvergoeding;bedrijfswagen en tankkaart;hospitalisatie- en groepsverzekering;eco-cheques met een max. van 250 euro per jaar;de kans om een groot netwerk op te bouwen;de mogelijkheid om je ervaring en kennis te delen met andere TEC consultantsDeze opdracht kan ook als freelancer uitgevoerd worden:Betalingstermijn van 15 dagen na factuurdatumSollicitatieprocedure Jeffrey.Janssens@tec.be
