B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming new Continuous Improvement Engineer in our Aeronautics team.As a Continuous Improvement Engineer at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organisation focused on innovation.Your responsibilities:You develops and maintains assembly operating procedures,Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives,You analyzes and resolve technical issues encountered in production using structured methodologies (8D, QRQC, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, etc.)You designs or improve production tools,You develops and optimize production time calculation tools,Act as a point of contact for the use of digital business tools (method management software, MES, production management tools, etc.)Your profile:You have at least 3 years' experience in an industrial environment,You know how to master assembly processes or manufacturing processes,You have knowledge of Lean tools and methods (Ishikawa, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban...)Experience in aeronautics industry (academic or professional) is an asset,You are FLUENT in English,What can you except as a B.E.S. consultant?Great projects in Engineering and High Technologies through major players to develop your technical skills and hard skills,Knowledge sharing processes though our competences centers and experts' communities to grow your multi-sectorial knowledge,A strong development plan to improve your soft skills such as Leadership, Communication skills, Change & People management capabilities...A full package made of gross salary on 13.92 months, lunch allowance, entertainment expenses, company car & fuel card, group insurances, OR a VIE contract,A friendly, lively working environment within a dynamic and motivated team
