ADVANCED FIELD SERVICE ENGINEEROur client is a leading security integrator in Belgium, providing solutions for fire detection, video surveillance, access control, and intrusion detection. They serve B2B clients across industries including banking, utilities, government institutions, healthcare, and logistics. As the project department continues to grow, they are seeking motivated candidates to join as Field Service Technicians, focusing on preventative and corrective maintenance of security systems.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on Building Management Systems (BMS), fire detection, and security systems to ensure optimal performanceDiagnose and perform corrective maintenance on hardware, software, and network-related issuesTroubleshoot and resolve technical problems at customer sites, minimizing downtimeMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairsConduct on-site training and provide guidance to customers on proper system operationAssist in system upgrades, replacements, and commissioning of new equipment as neededCollaborate with subcontractors when required for specialized installations or repairsReport maintenance activities and technical issues directly to the Field Service LeaderRequirements:Hands-on experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of BMS, fire detection systems, and security systemsStrong networking knowledge, including IP-based systems and system integrationExperience in the security sector is a plus; strong electronics and ICT knowledge is requiredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCustomer-focused with excellent communication and problem-solving skillsIdeally located in the greater Antwerp or Brussels regionFluent/Native Dutch is required; English and French are a plusMust hold a valid driving licenceOffer / Benefits:Competitive salary based on skills and experience, company car with fuel card, and phone (also for private use)Full-time position (40 hours) with 32 days of leave (20 statutory holidays + 12 ADV days)Financial support program including pension planMeal vouchers and eco vouchersBenefits@work: online shopping platform with extra employee perksInclusive, diverse, and innovative company cultureMarket-specific training and continuous personal developmentEqual Opportunity Statement:The client is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
