Dan is deze rol als Market Insights Analyst iets voor jou.Jouw missie?Als Market Insights Analyst ben jij de schakel tussen data, strategie en uitvoering. Je vertaalt interne en externe data naar concrete acties die de klantstrategie en marktpositionering versterken. Je coördineert onderzoeksprojecten, analyseert markt- en klantdata en werkt nauw samen met interne stakeholders én internationale collega's. Met jouw inzichten verbeter je de klantbeleving en ondersteun je strategische beslissingen op het hoogste niveau.Wat je doetCoördineren van onderzoeksprojecten van briefing tot oplevering en kwaliteitscontrole.Adviseren van interne stakeholders en initiëren van strategische onderzoeksinitiatieven.Analyseren van interne data, inclusief Voice of the Customer en de volledige klantreis, en het aandragen van verbeterpunten.Strategisch monitoren van markttrends, consumentengedrag en sectorontwikkelingen, en opbouwen van een kenniscentrum voor markt- en concurrentie-intelligentie.Vertalen van inzichten naar concrete aanbevelingen voor innovatie, positionering en klantgerichtheid.Delen van best practices en inzichten met internationale collega's.Wat je meebrengtMasterdiploma.Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in data-analyse of marktonderzoek.Sterke analytische geest en vertrouwd met KPI's en onderzoeksmodellen.Uitstekende Excel-vaardigheden.Affiniteit met automotive, mobiliteit of customer experience is een plus.Communicatief, assertief, gestructureerd, leergierig en stressbestendig.Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels; basis Frans.Wie jij bentJe bent een gedreven en proactief persoon die strategisch kan denken én dit vertaalt naar concrete acties.Je werkt graag samen in een team vol energie en plezier, bent flexibel, communicatief sterk en vindt voldoening in het verbeteren van klant- en medewerkerervaringen.
