SailPoint IIQ Engineer

One of my Global Automotive Clients are seeking an experienced SailPoint Engineer for a 12-month freelance mission, with a very high likelihood of extension. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly technical IAM engineer to design, build, and enhance SailPoint solutions within a large-scale, modern environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, engineer, and maintain custom workflows, rules, connectors, and provisioning logic within SailPoint (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow)Integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems, cloud services, and directories, optimizing APIs and connectorsEngineer and optimize automation using Beanshell, Java, JavaScript, and related technologies to support identity lifecycle processesDesign and implement role-based access models, entitlement structures, and access governance policiesMonitor platform health, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure stable and scalable SailPoint operationsCollaborate closely with engineering, security, and architecture teams to deliver enterprise-grade IAM solutionsRequirementsProven hands-on engineering experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNowStrong understanding of IAM architecture and principles, including RBAC, access governance, authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle managementExperience engineering IAM solutions in large, complex enterprise environmentsAbility to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement them end-to-endStrong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical designs and decisions clearlyWhat's Offered12-month freelance contract, highly extendable for up to 3 yearsOpportunity to engineer and enhance global IAM solutions using modern technologiesCollaborative engineering environment with strong technical supportCompetitive daily rate based on experience
