As an Accounts Payable Administrator (temporary), you will join the dynamic and international finance team at the headquarters in Mechelen. This role offers you a comprehensive view of the full accounting process and the opportunity to broaden your skill set by gaining insight into our international financial operations.Your responsibilities as an Accounts Payable Administrator:Supporting with the daily processing of incoming invoices within deadlines defined in SLAsBooking bank statements, payment runs, consolidations and reconciliationsAssisting with monthly and yearly closing Answering supplier queries by phone and emailGeneral data entryThe companyThis company is a multinational Japanese company specialized in high technology products such as sensors, microscopes, laser markers and vision measurement systems.
