We're looking for a UX Service Designer NL to join one of our clients' teams.For who? Employee and FreelancerWhat are your responsibilities?Design and deliver user-centered service experiences across web and app environments.Analyze and map end-to-end user journeys, ecosystems, and service blueprints to identify pain points and opportunities.Conduct and synthesize user research (interviews, usability testing, audits, benchmarks, data analysis).Facilitate ideation workshops and design sprints with cross-functional stakeholders.Translate insights into clear deliverables: journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and service concepts.Ensure alignment between user needs, business objectives, KPIs, and technical constraints.Promote Design Thinking and foster collaboration across teams.What are we looking for?5+ years of experience in Service Design, Business Design, or UX-related roles.Strong expertise in journey mapping, service blueprinting, and user research methods.Ability to turn complex problems into clear, actionable design solutions.Comfortable facilitating workshops and aligning multiple stakeholders.Proficient with Miro (or equivalent) and Figma.Experience working in Agile or iterative environments.Native in Dutch, with a good command of English. French is a big plus.Autonomous, collaborative, and customer-focused mindset.
