Project Manager – IT Transformation
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Contract: 12 months
Start: October/November 2026
Language: English/French
We are currently working with a financial services organisation in Brussels that is embarking on a major IT transformation.
They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the business and help establish and implement their IT systems and processes from the ground up.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a greenfield environment, taking ownership and helping shape how an organisation operates from an IT perspective.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of IT transformation projects from initial planning through to implementation
- Help define and establish IT processes, systems and ways of working
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across the business
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies and budgets
- Coordinate internal teams and external technology partners
- Support the selection and implementation of appropriate IT solutions
- Ensure projects are delivered effectively and aligned with business objectives
Key experience:
- Strong Project Management experience within IT transformation
- Previous experience in financial services is highly desirable
- Experience working on greenfield projects or building IT processes/systems from scratch
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing third-party suppliers and technology partners
- Comfortable working in a changing and developing environment
