The AssignmentDevelop and maintain a comprehensive Qualification Plan.Coordinate execution activities with external suppliers and partners.Act as the primary interface between suppliers, test houses, and the end customer.Prepare technical reports, documentation, and customer-facing presentations.Deliver the final Qualification Report in alignment with project and customer requirements.Required Knowledge and SkillsStrong understanding of Qualification Strategy and Mission Profiles.Familiarity with major Qualification Standards (e.g., ESCC-9000, AEC-Q100, JESD22, JESD47, MIL-STD-883).Knowledge of ASIC testing methodologies and concepts.Experience with Radiation Testing, including Total Ionizing Dose (TID) and Single Event Effects (SEE).Competence in statistical analysis and process capability assessment.What We Offer Join an environment where innovation thrives and boundaries are continuously pushed.
