Are you eager to lead technically complex projects that contribute to sustainable energy and industrial innovation?In this role, you will have the opportunity to take full responsibility for the entire project lifecycle and create visible impact. You will be based in the Liège region and active on sites across Belgium, within industrial boiler installations and waste to energy environments.As Project Manager Mechanical Construction, you are the link between strategy and execution. You combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills and ensure that projects are not only delivered correctly, but also generate maximum value for clients and project teams.Shaping projects from the tender phaseYou lay the foundations for successful project execution by:Preparing tender and qualification files and defining the bidding strategyEstablishing technical and financial project baselinesDeveloping project schedules, execution sequences and procurement strategiesEstimating costs for mechanical works and required resourcesIdentifying and managing risks and opportunitiesLeading projects during executionOn site, you take ownership of planning, people and results:Managing site teams and coordinating subcontractorsPreparing and monitoring execution and safety plansOrganising site activities and ensuring daily follow upControlling planning, budget, quality and safetyReporting, managing changes and ensuring proper project close outContributing to a stronger organisationIn addition to project delivery, you contribute to continuous improvement by:Optimising operational processes and document managementSupporting compliance with legislation and internal proceduresEvaluating and developing partnerships with subcontractorsProfile Project Manager Mechanical ConstructionYour background as a Project Manager Mechanical Construction includes:Fluent knowledge of French and professional communication skills in English or DutchIn depth knowledge of EN and ASME standards for pressure equipmentExperience with WPS, QC documentation and welding processes such as TIG and electrode weldingProven experience in mechanical high pressure boiler projectsUnderstanding of contractual obligations and quality control of fabricated pressure componentsOfferWhat you can expect in your role as Project Manager:Autonomy and trust within a role with clear responsibilityTechnically challenging projects with strong societal relevanceA balanced mix of strategic thinking and on site presenceCollaboration with experienced specialists in an industrial environmentPerspective on a sustainable and long term cooperationYou can expect a gross monthly salary between €4800 and €5800, complemented by the following benefits:Fixed expense allowanceCompany car with fuel card (petrol or hybrid)Bicycle leasing optionMeal vouchers of €8 per worked dayHospitalisation insuranceEco vouchers €250 per year in accordance with legal regulations
