IntroductionWe are currently looking for an experienced Marketing & Digital Manager to join a well-established international fashion group for a temporary replacement.This role covers a maternity leave from late February until the end of June and aims to ensure business continuity, performance stability, and strong leadership across marketing and digital activities.ResponsibilitiesLeadership & CoordinationAct as a key point of contact within the local teamManage, support, and coach a multidisciplinary team of three peopleCollaborate closely with the General ManagerPrioritise and coordinate actions across all marketing and digital pillarsBudget & Financial ManagementOwn and monitor marketing budgetsEnsure global budget management and performance reportingTrack financial KPIs and support decision-making through data-driven insightsDigital & E-commerceProvide strategic and operational support to e-commerce activitiesOversee CRM and social media initiativesEnsure alignment between digital channels and performance objectivesPaid Traffic & AcquisitionManage the acquisition agency (briefings, content and messaging validation, regular follow-ups)Monitor paid media performance on a daily and strategic levelAllocate budgets, track ROAS, and optimise campaignsDrive a strong performance- and results-oriented mindsetRetail Marketing, Influence & PartnershipsCoordinate retail marketing initiativesOrganise events and collaborations with influencersManage affiliate programs and partnershipsConduct monthly performance reviews with partners and affiliatesExperience & CompetencesProven experience in performance-driven digital marketingStrong expertise in paid acquisition and traffic managementSolid understanding of budget ownership and financial KPIsHands-on, structured, and autonomous working styleAbility to operate in an international and fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsOfferFlexible remote working policyShort-term, high-impact role with strong strategic and operational exposure
