Opportunité : Consultant Contract Manager à LiègePour un grand programme industriel, MEOGROUP recherche un Program Contract Manager pour renforcer l'efficacité et la cohérence de son pilotage contractuel chez son client. Rattaché(e) à la section Contract Management du programme, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la structuration, le suivi et l'amélioration continue des pratiques contractuelles au sein des projets techniques. Vos missions principalesDéfinir et mettre en œuvre une gouvernance contractuelle opérationnelle et des outils harmonisés (plans de management, modèles, reporting).Accompagner les équipes projet et les gestionnaires de contrat dans la gestion quotidienne des contrats, des claims et des clôtures.Contribuer à la stratégie d'allotissement, à la gestion des risques et à la négociation des avenants.Identifier les axes d'amélioration, proposer des plans d'action et former les équipes aux bonnes pratiques contractuelles.Assurer la cohérence contractuelle entre les lots techniques, achats et planning global du programme. Profil recherchéExpérience confirmée en contract management sur des projets industriels (travaux, services, EPC/EPCC, équipements).Excellent sens de la pédagogie et goût pour la transmission — capable de rendre les aspects contractuels concrets et opérationnels.Esprit collaboratif, capacité à interagir avec des chefs de projet, ingénieurs, acheteurs et juristes.Bonne compréhension des enjeux de gestion des claims, reporting contractuel et lecture des bons de commande.Une connaissance des environnements nucléaires ou de grands programmes techniques de long terme est un atout. Informations pratiquesPoste basé sur site (3 jours/semaine), environnement industrielContrats en forte volumétrie, maturité variable selon les sous-projets (goods, works, services).Collaboration étroite avec les équipes projets, achats et juridiques.Background: Legal, Ingénieur ou BusinessNationalité Belge ou Française obligatoire
